Change of Mind
iDataNet is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. However, we may offer exchanges or store credits at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Process for Returns and Refunds
- Contact Us: Notify us of your issue as soon as possible by emailing our customer service team at support@idatanet.com.au. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photos of the product).
- Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or evidence. We may also require you to return the product to us for further inspection.
- Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. You may be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us unless the product is faulty or significantly different from what was described.
- Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is valid, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to complete.
Exclusions
The following items are excluded from our refund policy unless they are found to be faulty or not as described:
- Perishable goods.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.
- Sale or clearance items.
Warranty Claims
